On Tuesday, May 5 at 11:00 am, our Process Fellow Horst Kostal will give his talk "Do you know the limits of your project?”
He will deal with the following questions, among others:
- What exactly is a project?
- Well, there are definitions, such as the limited time frame, the defined scope and much more. But how do I recognize the limits of my project?
- Where does my authorization begin and where does it end?
- What about responsibilities?
Often enough it comes up during the project duration that not all parties concerned are of the same opinion.
Disputes about competences are then often logical consequences.

- SPICE - What does the assessor expect from me?
- How does this fit in with Safety and Security?
- This is only for software, isn't it?
- Medical SPICE - I thought SPICE is only for electronics in cars!
- Do you still need (Automotive) SPICE in agile development?
- Assessments, audits, maturity checks, IATF 16949, ... - Does it never end?
We look forward to your questions!
