The standard way to become an intacs® certified Provisional (Assessor Automotive SPICE®) is to first become an intacs® Certified Process Expert (Automotive SPICE®). The focus is on the interpretations of Automotive SPICE® processes, which you need for conducting assessments and to implement process improvement in system and software engineering. The second step is then to become an intacs® Certified Provisional Assessor (Automotive SPICE®), which adds valuable knowledge and hints to support a Certified Competent Assessor as a co-assessor during assessments in their own company or at suppliers or to optimize processes based on assessment results.
The objective of this combined training (also known as the “Combined Lane”) is to complete both training courses in one go and thus to become the intacs® Certified Provisional Assessor (Automotive SPICE®) more quickly. The requirements for both certifications are still the same, therefore in addition to attending the two training parts, participants will be given several homework assignments to present during the second training part. Active participation in the entire training course is the key to success.
